We have had many new employees join us since our move into the new premises at 111 South Terrace, ADELAIDE. 5000. It is great to have you on board and we hope you are able to get as much work as you need. Don’t forget to keep your availability up to date!

Q. How can I get more work?
A. Keep your availability as current as possible. Turn it on and off as you need to but make sure it is accurate. We need to fill positions within 15 mins of a request being made, we can only do this is we know who to contact quickly. Saying yes to a shift when we call means you’ll get called often. Simple really.
Q. Can I specify where and when I want to work?
A. Absolutely. However, the more you limit yourself to location and times, the less work will be available. That’s OK with us, but please make sure you say yes when there is a shift that fits your defined criteria.
Q. How do I mark my availability?
A. Use the Support Staff website to login to your Roster details. Make sure you mark yourself as Available or Not Available each day. Nothing, means neither available, nor unavailable.
